During this programme the manager works
his/her way through the recruitment process learning to avoid
the legal traps along the way.

Work,
families and the law
In the eyes of the law, the demarcation between work and home
has gone.
Laws covering maternity, paternity,
adoption, flexible working and even working time, are all
aimed at facilitating individuals' dual role at work and at
home.
Managers face the challenge of meeting
their business goals while managing within these laws. This
module helps them understand what the law does and does not
require of them.

Modules will be created to inform
managers on major changes in the law:
Age
discrimination
This module will be available
shortly before the new law becomes effective.
It will introduce managers specifically
to this new dimension of discrimination law.
Using practical examples, it will equip
them with the knowledge they need to avoid problems and litigation.
